We offer two refund methods for eligible purchases:

  1. Store Credit – Processed within 24 hours after approval.
  2. Original Payment Method – Processed within 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Please note:

  • Sale items and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are only applicable to full-priced items and must meet our return conditions.
  • Processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies.

  • Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item without prior notice.
  • Please do not return any items without our confirmation. We will not issue any refund or exchange under this circumstance.
  • The customer’s responsibility is to provide us with complete and correct shipping information (and documentation if needed). Orders with missing or incorrect information (address, contact number) will expect a delay from the promised delivery time. Please understand that this procedure is very time-consuming and might cause extreme delay; thus, please ensure you have all the correct information before confirming your order. We do not take responsibility for late delivery due to the reasons above, including refunding the order.

  • For damaged items, please provide an unboxing video. We won’t resolve cases without providing unboxing videos.
  • For unfit items, please provide the measurements and fitting photos for further investigation.
